Finding new talent is one of the hardest parts of running a company. A job that simply cannot be distilled into a one-size-fits-all model. Hansen Filler offers a unique and flexible approach that is bespoke to each client they work with. To emphasize this, we created a flexible brand identity that can be used in a multitude of ways to create different typographic and illustrative executions depending on which client HF was working with at that time.

Change the face of recruitment

The somewhat questionable reputation of executive recruitment was a difficult hurdle to overcome. By focussing on the core values of honesty and flexibility, we were able to create a contemporary look and feel which wasn't going to appear false or over-promising.
